RETURNS AND REFUNDS
As flowers are a natural product we do not offer or provide returns, refunds or exchanges on change of mind or design after placing or receiving your order.
There may be variations to the reference images used on this website for any flowers you may order. Images provided on our website are for illustrative purposes only. We do our best to photograph each arrangement to represent the colours it contains as accurately as possible, all device screens render colour differently, so there may be discrepancies between what you see on your screen & the actual arrangement.
Flowers are a product of nature; availability is dependent on season and supply. As a result, not all goods can be produced as pictured on the our website, by accepting these terms and conditions you are acknowledging there may be discrepancies between images and produced goods.
We will not accept the return or exchange of any flowers due to any variation between the flowers you receive and reference images on our website. We cannot accept the return of any flowers damaged while in transit (to the maximum extent permitted by law). However, we will use reasonable efforts to assist you and make a claim with the courier service, this does not guarantee a refund.
COLOUR AND IMAGES
There may be variations to the reference images used on this website for any flowers you may order. We do our best to photograph each arrangement to represent the colours it contains as accurately as possible, all device screens render colour differently, so there may be discrepancies between what you see on your screen & the actual arrangement. Images provided on our website are for illustrative purposes only. As flowers are a natural product and certain flowers and foliage depend on seasonal availability, arrangements received will not look exactly as pictured.
SEASONAL AVAILABILITY & SUBSTITUTION
Ivy + Fleur will try their best to fulfil all orders in compliance with product descriptions, however flower orders may be subject to seasonal and product availability. Ivy + Fleur reserves the right to substitute flower varieties when necessary, however we will always take utmost care to ensure the final product is similar in quality to the requested item. Substitutions and alterations to the style of a product will be of similar quality and value.
DELIVERY OF PHYSICAL GOODS
It is the purchasers responsibility to ensure all flowers are delivered to a secure addresses. All deliveries have the the authority to be left unattended. All unsuccessful deliveries will result in the goods being returned. Redelivery of flower arrangements will incur an additional delivery fee to the purchaser and delivery will not be made until fee has been paid.
POSTAGE OF PHYSICAL GOODS
A third party courier is used for all of our postage deliveries.
Whilst the utmost care has been used to pack your items and the parcels marked fragile appropriately, delicate flowers may naturally shed during transit. Please be aware as we use a third party courier service, means once the parcel has left our premises we have no control on how it is handled, and in what timeframe it is to be delivered. We are not responsible and will not pay for, or refund for any loss, damages or expenses incurred during transit with the courier service. However, if your parcel does arrive damaged please contact us via email immediately with images and we will put forward a claim on your behalf to the Courier Company. This does not guarantee their outcome will be to refund.
